Cedarvale

Cedarvale, or Cedarvale Park, is a neighbourhood in midtown Toronto, just west of Forest Hill. The neighbourhood is defined as being between Vaughan Road on the southwest and Eglinton Avenue West on the north and Bathurst Street on the east.

The neighbourhood is characterized by the park in Cedarvale Ravine, which runs through the middle of the area. The park is sizable and offers a number of recreational opportunities to local residents. An initiative is underway currently to develop part of the park as a nature habitat.

The community is largely Jewish, many members being regular patrons of nearby Holy Blossom Temple and Beth Tzedec Synagogue, both located on Bathurst.

You can get specifically Cedarvale news from Streeter online by neighbourhood or via the Forest Hill edition. Cedarvale residents also receive the Forest Hill print edition of Streeter.
