THINGS TO DO

Starting July 11: Visit the ROM again with timed-entry ticket

The Royal Ontario Museum reopens its doors to the public starting Saturday, July 11 — but to get in you’ll need to book timed-entry tickets that you can order online.

To comply with physical distancing rules, the ROM is limiting the number of admissions.

This first phase of the Museum’s reopening offers visitors the opportunity to explore the ROM’s galleries and collections safely, with new health and safety measures in place.

Visitors can also see “Florals: Desire and Design,” a companion installation to the upcoming exhibition “The Cloth that Changed the World: India’s Printed and Painted Cottons.”

The museum is to be open Wednesdays to Sundays, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

ROM members have advance access to the museum on July 9 and 10.

The Royal Ontario Museum is located at 100 Queen’s Park on the corner of Bloor Street West. Adult admission is $23 with discounts for children, students and seniors.

For more information, check the ROM website, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
