Ward 34: Minnan-Wong sailing in
[attach]2564[/attach]Ward 34 councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong looks like he’s cruising to victory if the early polling results are any indication.
At 8:38 p.m. Minnan-Wong has received 52 percent of the vote compared with Peter Youngren who is in second with 39 percent.
In 2006 Minnan-Wong easily took the ward with close to 61 percent of the vote. During that race 41 percent of eligible voters in Ward 34 cast a ballot.
