Elderly woman struck by car, suffers serious injuries
A 92-year-old woman was sent to hospital suffering from life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car Wednesday afternoon.
The woman was attempting to cross Lawrence Avenue West on the west side of Bathurst Street at about 2:18 p.m. when she was hit by a Dodge Caravan as it made a left turn from Lawrence to Bathurst.
The woman was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
