A lawyer charged in a series of sexual assaults last month is facing a new charge in connection with an incident from two years ago.
Police say that on June 23, 2014 at about 10:30 p.m., a man was on a train at Bloor-Yonge station when he committed an indecent act.
On Nov. 2 this year, police arrested 32-year-old Francois LeSieur and charged him with committing an indecent act.
LeSieur was arrested in October in connection with what police referred to as “targeted” sexual assaults of teenage girls in high traffic areas, namely Yonge and Eglinton as well as Bloor-Yonge subway station.
