S. Walter Stewart Library presents “Renovation 101: Understanding the Process and the Seven Mistakes to Avoid” with Sheila Doris of A Home You Love Designs.
Doris is an accredited interior designer and renovation expert. She has been transforming homes for her clients for over 30 years. A previous college professor of Interior Design she now enthusiastically shares her expertise and knowledge with homeowners in design and decor seminars.
Where to start? How to get the best return on investment? How to find reliable trades people? When are building permits needed?
Doris explains how to streamline the process, the first things to decide on, and how to avoid the mistakes most homeowners make when they renovate.
