April 6: Adult colouring program begins

An adult colouring program for adults will begin Apr. 6 from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Northern District Library at 40 Orchard View Blvd.

Colouring has been proven to help reduce stress and to be very therapeutic for adults.

The event will take place at the wooden tables in the public area behind the main floor program room of the branch.

All materials will be provided and there is no registration required.
