Dec. 4: Energy board meeting on hydro rate increase

One of series of meetings across Toronto and online to get consumers' views

The Ontario Energy Board is holding public meetings on Toronto Hydro’s application to change its distribution rates effective Jan. 1, 2020, including a meeting on Dec. 4 at the Central YMCA at 20 Grosvenor St. near College and Yonge streets.

As part of its review of this application, the OEB want to hear from their customers and ensure that they have an opportunity to have their say. Towards that end, the OEB is holding five in-person meetings, and one citywide webinar. The in-person meetings will also be live-streamed on our website.

The Dec. 4 meeting is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes earlier. Consumers are welcome to make presentations.
