THINGS TO DO

Nov. 10: Public singalong with Sharon and Bram

Sharon and Bram are launching one of four new songs at a free public singalong Nov. 10 at Indigo Bloor/Bay.

Their recording of “The Colour Song” features as guest artist comic Colin Mochrie of Whose Line Is It Anyway fame. “The Colour Song” is one of four singles the family entertainers will release this year as part of their cross-Canada Farewell Tour that launched Sept. 23.

The public is invited to sing along with Sharon and Bram’s live version. Then, see if you can keep up with the recorded version featuring Colin at his manic best. The singing and meet-and-greet event takes place at Indigo, 55 Bloor St. W. at 11 a.m.

Written by Joe Hampson with additional lyrics by Randi Hampson, “The Colour Song” is meant to shine a light on the importance of coming together to sing – as families and as communities right across Canada – to embrace the values of togetherness, diversity and inclusiveness.
