Sept. 13: A walk through Toronto’s queer past
Pride Walk: LGBTQ and Heritage in the Village will take place in the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood on Sept. 13 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Heritage Toronto, together with its partners from the Canadian Lesbian and Gay Archives (CLGA), will lead a Pride walk through Toronto’s queer past and follow the footsteps of activists who struggled to find a public space they could call their own.
The event will begin at the AIDs Memorial at Barbara Hall Park at 519 Church St. and will end at the Canadian Lesbian and Gay Archives at 34 Isabella St.
