July 23: Attend virtual meeting about the Danforth

Danforth Avenue is being transformed from Broadview Avenue to Dawes Road to support local businesses, provide safe mobility options, and let people to enjoy outdoor patios while maintaining physical distancing.

Changes are to include streetscape improvements (including painted curb extensions, planters, art installations), café seating in the curb lane, curbside separated bike lanes, 24/7 parking on both sides of the street, one traffic lane in either direction and turn lanes at intersections.

Toronto-Danforth councillor Paul Fletcher is hosting a virtual community meeting on Destination Danforth, along with city staff, on Thursday, July 23 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
