Woman suffers life-threatening injuries after being struck by bus
An elderly woman suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a TTC bus while she was crossing Davenport Road.
Police say on June 12 at around 8:32 p.m. the 82-year-old woman was from the south side to the north side when she was struck.
The northbound bus, driven by a 24-year-old man, was turning left off of Ossington Avenue in order to head west along Davenport. The woman suffered serious, life-threatening injuries and was rushed to hospital.
