Residents of the Mount Pleasant Village, Davisville and Leaside neighbourhoods enjoyed the early fall weather Sept. 24 by taking in the sights at the Mount Pleasant Village Harvest Fair.

Cornstalks adorned the lamp posts, balloons waved hello in the breeze, and an ark full of barnyard animals kept youngsters aglow.

The annual event, put on by the Mount Pleasant Village BIA, brings neighbours and businesses together with apple pie eating contests, pumpkin carving, face painting and edible goodies along Mount Pleasant Road.
