May 26: Spring Into Action walk or run

The 13th annual Spring Into Action! Walk or Run for Mental Health takes place on May 26 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.,  beginning at InsideOut Health + Fitness studio at 210 Laird Dr., and making its way through Sunnybrook Park.

This event is for everyone who is looking to join the movement in bringing the topic of mental health more into focus. The goal is to raise funds to support mental health awareness through education about the stigma associated with mental health. All proceeds will be donated to CAMH.

There will be something for everyone, including kids’ activities, a stretch station, sunrise yoga wakeup, warmup, marketplace, photo booth, trophy presentation and gift bags.

Registration and check-in will begin at 8 a.m. on the day of the event.
