Add your voice to neighbourhood’s opinion of tower proposal
North Toronto residents itching to lend their voices to the neighbourhood’s opinion of a 39-storey mixed-use proposal that would replace the 10-storey office building currently at 150 Eglinton Ave. E. will have their chance at a community consultation meeting on Nov. 25.
Ward 2councillor Josh Matlow said he expects the proposal’s height, setbacks, replacement of office space, and the stress it would place on existing infrastructure to be key issues at the meeting, which has been scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Northern District Library at 40 Orchard View Blvd.
“I want to make sure it contributes to the public realm that we expect on Eglinton,” Matlow said.
