Body found near Kew Beach

An autopsy has been scheduled for a decomposed body found at the foot of MacLean Avenue in the Beach around noon today.

Police at 55 Division were called to the beach area around 12:30 p.m. According to reports, the body was near the shoreline.

The body was removed from the scene, and is now at the Coroner’s Building on Grenville Street.

Police are investigating, but suspect no foul play.
