Candidate registers to run for Stintz seat
[attach]7407[/attach]There is an early frontrunner to succeed Ward 16 councillor Karen Stintz, who is leaving her Eglinton-Lawrence council seat to run for mayor.
As of Jan. 17, Christin Carmichael-Greb was the only candidate having filed to run in Ward 16.
Carmichael-Greb is the daughter of Don Valley West MP John Carmichael.
An online profile of Carmichael-Greb describes her as a business analyst for Bombardier Aerospace, who also sits on the Old Girls Executive Committee at Bishop Strachan School.
Carmichael-Greb and husband Michael have two sons, Harrison and Jackson.
They live in the Bedford Park neighbourhood.
