Centennial Library falls victim to illegal dumping
[attach]470[/attach]Garbage stacked up in front of Centennial Library on Finch Ave. near Bathurst St. after a mini-dump at the back of the Centennial Arena was closed for over a day for reasons which remain unclear. Workers will be searching through the illegally dumped bags and fining people. The temporary dump is currently open.
