Designed by famed architect John Lyle for publishing magnate John Maclean and completed in 1910, the house at one time was threatened with demolition and had many of its historical elements removed.

Renaissance has refurbished it back to its 1910 state and divided it into six townhomes, at least one of which has already been sold.
