Houses razed to make way for 150 Redpath
Phase 2 building will offer a 24-7 diner for residents

After years of being boarded up, a row of single-family dwellings, along the southwest corner of Redpath and Roehampton Avenues, were demolished in early September.
The razing makes way for Phase 2 of developer Freed’s second mixed-use condominium tower in the neighbourhood. Located at 150 Redpath, the 38-storey building will include a 24-7 diner and 543 units.
