Leaside bank robber left behind jacket
Police release photos of suspect in two holdups

Police are looking for a man who robbed two Leaside banks late last year, and left behind a jacket at one of the crime scenes.
The first robbery occurred Nov. 17 at about 2:45 p.m. at a bank near Eglinton Avenue East and Laird Drive.
Police say the man was disguised with a black wavy wig, dark sunglasses, and a baseball cap.
He handed a teller a note that indicated he had a gun. He was given money and fled the scene, leaving behind an Exco Jeans jacket, police say.
The second robbery took place Dec. 1 at a different nearby bank.
This time disguised with a hat, hooded jacket and dark sunglasses, the man approached a teller and handed over a note indicating he was armed.
Again he obtained money and fled the scene.
The man is described as being between 5-foot-9 and 6 feet, and having a medium build.
