Male nurse charged with sexual assault
A male nurse working in the St. Joseph Health Centre is charged for sexual assault.
According to police, Rey Gimenez, 26 and Toronto civilian, conducted a medical examination on a female patient that resulted in her contacting the police after her visit on Nov. 17. Gimenez was placed under investigation for sexually touching the victim.
Gimenez was due to appear in court on Nov. 17 at Old City Hall but did not show up to the hearing.
Gimenez was a hired registered nurse for the hospital since Jan. 2008.
