Man charged for kicking parking enforcement car
Mischief charge after denting door over ticket in Rosedale
A man has been charged with mischief for kicking a parking enforcement vehicle in Rosedale.
Police say a parking officer was leaving the area near Thornwood and Pricefield roads Tuesday after 9 a.m. when a man stepped in front of the vehicle.
The man is alleged to have gone to the driver’s side window of the parking enforcement car and yelled at the officer about a ticket he had received.
As the officer began to drive away, the man kicked the lower door panel on the car, leaving a dent in it.
James Owen, 50, was arrested and charged with mischief.
