Toronto police are looking for a man they believe is responsible for several midtown sex assaults.

Police say beginning earlier this month, a man has frequented the Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue area and targeted girls ages 13 to 16. He approaches them when there is a lot of pedestrian traffic, and sexually assaults them.

On Sept. 16, police were called to Yonge-Bloor subway station. A man was seen sexually assaulting a woman as they were on the same set of stairs. A witness confronted the man about it and he disappeared into a crowd of people exiting the subway cars.

Police have released images from both locations.

He is described as white, between the ages of 25 and 35, standing anywhere from 5-foot-7 to 6-feet tall, with a medium build and brown hair.
