Matlow to chair two boards
St. Paul’s councillor Josh Matlow has been named the head of two city committees.
During the March 23 meeting of the striking committee, Matlow was recommended to sit as chair of the city-school boards advisory committee, established to create more direct communication between the two bodies.
Matlow will also serve as chair of the tenant issues advisory committee, an issue he has been championing, including bringing forward a successful motion last year to ask the province for more strict rent increase controls.
