Saundercook may be defeated
[attach]2466[/attach]In what comes as a bit of a surprise, Ward 13 incumbent councillor Bill Saundercook is behind as the ballots continue to be counted.
As of 8:19 Saundercook has received around 4,214 votes which puts him behind challenger Sarah Doucette who has polled about 5,047 votes.
In 2006 Saundercook had 43 percent of voters cast their ballots for him beating Town Crier columnist Greg Hamara by 2,100 votes. The ward had the third highest voter turnout last time around with 46 percent of eligible voters going to the polls.
