CISAA champ Kerry Blues off to a tepid start

Last year’s senior boys football champions, the St. Michael’s Kerry Blues, are off to a slow start in CISAA play. Their record stands at 2-1 after a 17-11 victory over the Upper Canada College Blues on Sept. 26.

In their first game of the season, the Blues’ only score was a lone field goal against Trinity College Sept. 16. On Sept. 19, the Blues lost a rematch of last year’s final against the St. Andrew’s Saints 28-13.

Their next game will be at home against Villanova College Oct. 3.
