Suspect turns himself in
David Ludwig was wanted in the murder of James Massey
Police have laid charges in connection with last week’s shotgun murder of James Massey in Oriole Park.
On Saturday afternoon, 33-year-old David Ludwig, accompanied by his lawyer, turned himself in at 53 Division headquarters.
This came just one day after police released his name and picture to the public.
Ludwig has been charged with first degree murder. He was scheduled to appear in court on Sunday.
