Voyeurism investigation leads to charges
A 43-year-old man is facing five charges in a voyeurism investigation in the Yonge and Eglinton area.
Police say on Feb. 1, a man and woman reported a man was secretly observing them through their bathroom window from outside of their home.
When the man was confronted, he fled on foot.
On Feb, 6, police arrested Alexander Goldfluss, and charged him with two counts of secretly observing/recording a person expecting privacy, and one count each of loiter/prowl at night on another person’s property, mischief/interfere with property exceeding $5,000, and possession of burglar’s tools.
