Man arrested on 15 counts after police search house

A 31-year-old Toronto man is facing 15 weapons and drug charges after being arrested as part of a drug trafficking investigation.

Police allege the accused was selling cocaine around Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue East, and conducted a search warrant on his home on Nov. 18, where they report finding drugs, paraphernalia, weapons and ammunition.

Police seized powder cocaine, scales, packaging, a sawed-off 12-gauge Winchester shotgun, 31 rounds of .32 calibre ammunition and seven 12-guage shotgun shells.

The accused is facing five counts of possessing proceeds of crime, four counts of trafficking cocaine, five weapon possession and storage charges, and one count of possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

Charged is Jermaine Douglas.
