May 28: Midtown in Focus public open house
A Midtown in Focus public open house will take place on May 28 from 7 to 9 p,m. at the Northern District Library at 40 Orchard View Blvd.
Midtown in Focus is an inter-divisional study to ensure that growth positively contributes to the vitality and livability of one of Toronto’s most dynamic neighbourhoods. The study will result in a renewed plan for Midtown with updates to the Yonge-Eglinton Secondary Plan and infrastructure strategies to ensure that infrastructure capacity not only keeps pace with development but also supports quality of life for all Midtown stakeholders.
The open house will provide the public with an opportunity to ask questions about the proposed policies and any related information and material.
The proposed Official Plan Amendment will be publicly available on May 18. For more information check online.
