Rosedale man busted for child porn
A 60-year-old Rosedale man is facing three charges following a child pornography investigation.
Police allege a man was accessing and saving images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children.
The Toronto Police Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section conducted a search warrant near Bloor Street East and Rosedale Valley Road on Oct. 14.
David Birkenshaw has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing child pornography.
