March 24–25: Historical walking tours of the Danforth

Historical walking tours of Toronto’s Greektown on the Danforth are being presented on March 24 and 25.

Gateway to Greektown shows the evolution of one of Toronto’s most recognized neighbourhoods.

The tours are offered by the Greek Canadian History Project, in collaboration with the Clara Thomas Archives and Special Collections, York University, and Myseum of Toronto.

Tours begin at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. each day.

They meet at the Pape/Danforth Library, 701 Pape Ave.
