Aug. 1: Summer carnival at Armour Heights Library

A summer carnival for kids will be held at Armour Heights Library, 2140 Avenue Rd., on Aug. 1 from 2 to 3 p.m.

There will be a balloon guessing game, crafts, tattoos and more.

All ages are welcome.
