Exercise at noon with Centennial students: April 7

15-minute, deskside Pilates stretch and refresh for people who sit for long hours

Centennial College PR students, from the school’s Story Arts Centre on Carlaw Avenue, are hosting a midday deskside workout on Wednesday, April 7 at 1:30 p.m.

It’s virtual and free — a 15-minute Pilates stretch and refresh to get people moving to counterbalance the effects of sitting for hours at a time.

Laura Helsel of Pilates Process, 456 Danforth Ave., is leading the class.
