Feb. 21: Consult on Queen-Leslie development

The city is holding a community consultation meeting on the proposal for an nine-storey building at 1233-1243 Queen St. E. and 77 Leslie St.

The plan calls for a mixed-use rental building on a half-acre lot, replacing several low-rise buildings on the southeast corner of Queen and Leslie.

An application to amend the official plan and zoning bylaw is being sought  by Core Development Group to allow redevelopment of the site.

The community consultation is to be held online Feb. 21 from 7 to 9 p.m.
