July 25–27: Jazz festival takes over the Beaches
More than 40 bands perform on the street
The Streetfest portion of the Beaches International Jazz Festival takes over Queen Street East between Woodbine and Beech avenues on evenings from July 25 to 27, rain or shine.
More than 40 bands will be performing on the street each night from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Each band will be playing four half-hour sets nightly. See the festival website for the full schedule and locations for the groups.
This is the 31st year for the jazz fest. Admission is free.
Police advise Queen Street East will be fully closed in both directions from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. during the festival.
