June 12: Sweet talk on aging
Federation presents seminar on its research at community centre
The International Federation on Ageing presents Sweet Talk, an eye-opening and informative seminar on the work that they do at the Central Eglinton Community Centre, 160 Eglinton Ave. E. on June 12.
The IFA’s work includes advocating for change and speaking against ageism to research. For example, did you know that medication, diabetes and falls are linked?
The seminar runs from 1:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the CECC 2nd-floor Program Room.
It costs $4 fior CECC members and $8 for non-members. Registration and payment deadline is June 5.
