March 13–17: Drop in on the farmer
Riverdale Farm open with animal demonstrations and family fun during March Break
Riverdale Farm is open to visitors for free every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but a special drop-in program is set up for March Break.
From March 13 to 17 the farm is presenting demonstrations at the Lower Francey Barn, with the farmer showing off sheep at 10:30 a.m., a horse at 12:30 p.m and a goat at 2:30 p.m.
Also crafts, play, and refreshment are available in the meeting house — on Monday from 12 to 3 p.m., and Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
As usual, it’s all free.
