Information fair for seniors at community centre
A one-day fair at the Central Eglinton Community Centre aims to help those 50 and over to enjoy an active life.
The Happy Brain, Happy Life information fair takes place on March 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the centre at 160 Eglinton Ave. E.
The fair includes a free trade show, free lunch and free seminars on memory and aging; protecting your money; and nourishing your mind, body and spirit.
