Susan Sommers, author of Love your Body, Embrace your Life! will help participants of this wellness workshop find ways to nourish their minds, bodies and spirits.
Sommers will explore ways people can transform their lifestyles, increase their motivation, set goals, commit to daily self-care, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their success.
The workshop will be held on June 15 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Toronto Public Library, Locke branch, at 3083 Yonge St.
