Oct. 20: Young writers write a novel

November is NaNoWriMo — National Novel Writing Month.

On Oct. 20, young people, age 13–18, can come to the Northern District Library to meet other writers who will support them, talk novel basics, make a word count goal, eat chocolate and get ready to write like crazy all November long.

No registration is required.

The library is at 40 Orchard View Blvd.

The session runs from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
