Easy win for Joe Mihevc in Ward 21
[attach]2493[/attach]Joe Mihevc is ruler of Ward 21 once again.
The incumbent councillor handily won the ward with about 56 percent of the vote. Shimmy Posen was runner-up with just over 30 percent, polls show.
In 2006 Mihevc won easily taking almost 57 percent of the vote. During the last election his St. Paul’s ward had a 47 percent turnout rate, the second highest in the city.
