Rosedale crash kills one, injures three
A single-vehicle Rosedale crash has killed one man and left three other people injured.
Toronto Police say the crash happened on Sept. at about 2:30 a.m. A vehicle on Mt. Pleasant Road in a northbound lane left the roadway at Roxborough Drive and struck a pole.
The deceased is a 28-year-old man, reported to have been a passenger in the vehicle.
Mt. Pleasant Road was closed between Whitehall Road and South Drive for several hours while the collision reconstruction team investigated.
Southbound lanes reopened after 9:30 a.m., and one northbound lane reopened two hours later.
Speed is reportedly being looked at as a factor.
