Store robbed at knifepoint

[attach]6280[/attach]The owner of Inspire Gifts and Home Décor, on the Danforth near Donlands, was unharmed after a knife-wielding man demanded money.

According to police, the male suspect, who was wearing a disguise, entered the store and approached the counter around 6:30 p.m. on July 13.

The suspect pulled out a knife and made a demand for cash. The suspect took cash from the register before fleeing eastbound on the Danforth.

Break and enter
Jewellery, audiovisual equipment, tools and personal accessories were reported to have been taken from a garage near Danforth and Lamb avenues.

The break and enter is thought to have occurred on July 14 between 6 a.m. on July 6 and 11 p.m..
