According to police, a 17 year old male was arrested and charged with one count of first degree murder. He is expected to make a court appearance tomorrow.

This comes one day after police arrested the first two suspects, a 16 year old male and a 17 year old male, who have been each charged with one count of first-degree.

Constable Tony Vella said the 16 year old was arrested yesterday morning (Nov. 22) and made a court appearance shortly thereafter. The 17 year old was arrested later in the afternoon and was due to appear in court this morning.

Due to their age, none of three suspects can be publicly identified.

Bracken was shot and killed in the stairwell of 135 Neptune Dr., a building in a Toronto Community Housing complex in Lawrence Heights on Nov. 17.
