Feb. 20: Public meeting on 50-60 Eglinton Ave. W. development

A public meeting has been scheduled for Feb. 20 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. to discuss a new proposed 36-storey building at 50-60 Eglinton Ave. W., which used to be the Hydro station.

The public will have a chance to bring ideas for improvement to school spaces, child-care spaces and health-care facilities in the community to the developer Madison.

The meeting will be held at the Northern District Library, 40 Orchardview Blvd., in the Gwen Liu room. Councillor Christin Carmichael Greb as well as members of the Eglinton Park Residence Association (EPRA) will be in attendance.
