July 23: Summer Lovin’ reboot at Rose and Crown

The Summer Lovin’ 10-day reboot starts on July 23 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Rose and Crown tavern, 2335 Yonge St.

Sometimes our bodies start to get a little sluggish, bloated, or just feel blah, or maybe we’ve indulged just a wee too much. What we put into our bodies affects how we look and how we feel.

This seminar will explore ways of improving health by eating whole foods and supplementing with nutrients to fill in any deficiencies.

This is a great event for people who are looking to reduce inflammation and bloating, lose weight and learn new healthy living strategies, need more energy and mental clarity, a gentle cleanse to give their bodies a rest from the toxins we’re exposed to daily, or for pregnant women looking to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight, cancer patients looking to support their elimination organs through treatment.

Yummy sample packages will be provided at the end.

This is a free event, but participants are asked to support the venue by purchasing a beverage or snack.
